Q: Do I pay when I arrive or when I leave?
A: You pay when you exit.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express, please no checks.

Q:  Are there any taxes or other fees that I have to pay in addition to the posted parking rates?
A:  No. Unlike some of our off-airport competitors, the posted parking rates for all on-airport parking includes all taxes and fees.

Q:  Are the lots accessible at all times?
A:   Yes, the lots are accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Q:  How often do the shuttle busses run?
A:  Shuttles for Lots A, B, C & D operate 24 hours per day.

Q:  How much extra time should I add to make my flight?
A:  In most cases we can get you to the Terminal within 15 minutes from the time you park your car however, we advise 30 minutes for unforeseen traffic conditions and peace of mind.

Q:  Is there a charge for riding the shuttle bus?
A:  No, we offer shuttle bus rides to and from the terminal at no charge.

Q:  Are there infant or child car seats available for the shuttle bus?
A:  No

Q: Are shuttles equipped with wheel chair lifts.
A: Yes all shuttle busses have lifts.

Q: How do I sign-up for the Frequent Parker Program?
A:  Simply visit www.superparkinglot.com, select the tab on the left for Frequent Parker Program, and select Sign-Up Now. After all the information fields have been filled out and submitted, a membership packet will be mailed to you.

Q: Do partial days count in your Frequent Parker Program
A: No, cashiers only punch cards for full days of parking.

Q: How do I obtain a receipt if I lost mine?
A: Send your request through our Customer Comment tab at www.superparkinglot.com.

Q:  What kind of discounts do you offer?
A:  For a complete list of our parking programs and other specials, visit www.superparkinglot.com and select the Specials tab on the left.

Q:  Can I use the Corporate Parking Program in conjunction with the Frequent Parker Program?
A:   You may use the Frequent Parker Program in conjunction with the Level 1 Corporate “Super Saver”  Discount Program (Not a direct bill program) only.  The Level 2 Corporate Preferred Covered Parking (Direct Bill) Program does not apply.

Q:  Do you offer a monthly program?
A:  Yes.  We offer the Corporate Preferred Covered Parking (Direct Bill) Program. To give executive travelers even more perks, Super Park offers Covered Parking at the Lot C facility. This is a direct bill program billed at $11.00 per day based on actual usage. Preferred customers simply insert their card in a reader coming in and going out. At the end of the month we send a detailed bill to the customer. These cards are reserved for cardholders that park at least 10 days per month. The Super Saver $1.00 off per day does not apply to this program. Frequent Parker Points (at this time) are not honored with the direct bill program.
